I spent 8+ years in corporate operations, building dependable systems and managing complex workflows behind the scenes. With a background in Business Administration and Accounting, I built a career out of turning disorder into structure.

But what I kept noticing was this: small business owners were doing incredible work and drowning in the back-end.

Their operations lived in their heads.

Their books were messy or months behind.

Tax season was a nightmare.

And they didn’t have support they could trust. That’s why I started Pivotal VA.
What began as virtual assistance grew into full operations, bookkeeping, and tax support as the businesses I worked with scaled. “VA” stayed in the name because it’s part of our story, but we’ve grown well beyond that.
